Through Shooting Stars, we give talented players the chance to train, compete, and grow internationally, unlocking doors that can change their lives.
What is Shooting Stars?
Shooting Stars is our athlete exchange and development program. It brings together rising talents from different countries to share experiences, train under diverse coaching methods, and gain exposure to new environments.
By stepping out of their comfort zone, athletes not only improve their game but also grow as individuals, learning resilience, adaptability, and global citizenship.

Dig Deep Foundation - Supporting Education
The Dig Deep Foundation’s *Shooting Stars Program* has been a life-changing experience for the young athletes who had the opportunity to travel to Qatar as part of the player exchange initiative. Hosted by the Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA), these players were welcomed with open arms and provided with everything they needed to grow both on and off the court. From comfortable housing and access to quality education, to full integration into the Qatari health system and world-class volleyball training, the athletes were given the tools to focus entirely on their personal and professional development.
Throughout their stay, the players not only improved their technical and tactical volleyball skills but also embraced new cultural experiences, learned to adapt to an international training environment, and built lifelong friendships. The exposure to professional coaching standards and international competition has ignited new dreams and ambitions within them, inspiring them to become role models in their home communities.
The Dig Deep Foundation is immensely proud of what this collaboration has achieved and deeply grateful to the Qatar Volleyball Association for its unwavering support and generosity.
